Sarah is madly in love with the expression of inner wisdom. A curiosity-seeking-yogi, not-so-secret cookie monster and published writer, her career has opened doors and partnerships with newspapers and corporations like the Flagstaff Daily Sun, Whole Foods and Plantronics. After dabbling as a Fashion Columnist, Digital Copywriter and Event Planner she found her niche at NBC Universal and there, in the corporate space, is where she fell in love with the practice of yoga.
Sarah’s spiritual journey was a breakthrough of separating herself from the high-powered corporate world and embracing the curiosity and unknown of the human body. While embracing the art of tuning in, her physical practice presented an intense shift of old traumas stuck in multiple facets of the body. With the mindset and reality of forever being a student, the emotional exploration and surrender is still the driving force of Sarah's practice that continues to harmonize new space that she urns to share with the world.
Sarah has studied therapeutic yoga and meditation at the 200-hour level in Hilo, Hawaii. Designed for all skill levels, Sarah's teaching is creative, dynamic and projects the concepts of creating space, safety and sweat. Her classes empower students to express themselves through the body and unplug the mind with a rediscovery of intention and grace. Come prepared to move, connect and reawaken a wave of awareness to the consciousness of slowing down in the most individualistic way. Like Sarah always says, the practice, just like life, should flood in smiles, laughter and imperfection with lots of room to keep your heart door open in the process.
